Boston, MA - siding completed June 2022. One photo catches navy lap siding going up over housewrap around a bay window and brick chimney; the second is an aerial measurement view used to plan the job.

A small side-gable house on a tight urban lot, sitting on an exposed fieldstone and concrete foundation. One photo has the walls fully stripped and covered in printed housewrap, seams taped, with windows and the bay left in place and openings flashed at the heads. The finished view shows deep blue lap siding across the walls with a white gable field and louvered vent above, white corner posts and window casings, and the porch entry framed in white. The third image is a close-up of a dark trim coil wrapping a window sill and jamb over pale shake siding.

Walls were taken back to sheathing and rewrapped before new lap siding went on. The gable field was finished in a contrasting white with a vented louver kept at the peak. Trim work included wrapped window sills and jambs in coil stock, corner posts and a starter course above the exposed foundation.

Details visible in the photos include bay window, brick chimney, mid-install housewrap. Materials on the elevation: navy vinyl lap siding, white trim, housewrap underlayment, bay window.

Materials on this job: CertainTeed. The finish shown is deep navy blue. Pricing was agreed in writing before the crew started, and the number at the end matched it. The work carries a written workmanship warranty alongside the manufacturer's material warranty.
