Photographed in Needham, MA after the crew wrapped up in October 2024. Blue-gray lap siding with bright white window trim and a molded head casing wraps this colonial; the wider view shows a bay window, rear addition and a patio edged with black railing.
This gambrel-roofed colonial got a full front porch and a rebuilt rear elevation. The porch runs the width of the main block on a granite-faced base, carried on square white columns with a small pedimented gable centered over the steps. Composite decking in a warm brown tone runs the length of it, edged with a white fascia board. Around back, a gabled addition with cream trim joins the main house, a rear entry door opens onto a round stone patio ringed with black railing, and a bay window sits below the second-floor windows.
The job combined porch construction with siding and trim work. The porch frame sits on a granite-faced foundation curb with columns landing on the deck surface, a boxed white fascia hiding the rim, and a gable roof framed over the entry. The addition's corners, rakes and window openings were all re-trimmed in white and cream, and the rear entry and bay window were re-cased.

Built with Everlast, Trex. The finish shown is slate blue-gray. Deliveries were staged so materials weren't sitting on the lawn for weeks. One project manager ran the job from first measurement through final walkthrough.
