Photographed in Westford, MA after the crew wrapped up in August 2022. A three-bay carriage garage is finished in golden tan lap siding with natural cedar shingle accent bays between the doors, brown trim bands, dormer windows and white carriage-style doors.

This detached carriage building has three overhead doors under a broad brown shingle roof, with a shed dormer holding three small windows over the center bay. Cedar shingle bays fill the wall between and beside the doors, separated by dark stained posts and brackets at the eave. The gable end and the long back wall are done in golden tan lap siding, with white-cased windows, a white entry door and a mini-split condenser set on a gravel bed. On the far corner the shingle work carries up into the gable above the lap siding.

The new building was clad from the foundation up: lap siding on the gable ends and back wall, cedar shingle panels across the door bays and upper gable, and dark trim bands, posts and brackets tying the two together. All window and door openings were cased in white, and the roof edges finished with brown fascia. Grading and gravel were still open at the base when the photos were taken.

Details visible in the photos include three-bay carriage garage, shed dormers, cedar shingle accent bays. Materials on the elevation: lap siding, natural cedar shingle accents, white PVC trim, asphalt shingle roof.

Specified here: CertainTeed. The finish shown is Savannah Wicker (closest manufacturer match). The site was cleared at the end of each working day rather than only at the end of the job. The same crew that started the project finished it.
