Oxford, MA - siding completed January 2022. The raised ranch is finished in medium blue lap siding with white window casings and corner boards, set under a light standing-seam metal roof, with a glass-sidelite entry door at the steps.

The back of this house is a run of connected shed and gable roofs with standing-seam metal above and blue siding below. One section carries a band of clerestory windows over a sliding glass door, with a pair of half-round arched windows set into the wall on either side. A low wood platform deck sits at the door, and a small carport with an open bay covers the propane tank end. Farther along, a tall brick chimney splits the wall beside a raised wood deck and stair down to the walkout level.

Siding was replaced across the multi-level rear elevations, including the shed dormer wall, the carport end and the walkout level. The arched and clerestory openings were cut in and trimmed individually rather than boxed over. White corner posts, fascia and downspouts were run at each roof break, and the siding was fit tight to the brick chimney and metal roof edges.

Details visible in the photos include raised ranch elevation, metal roof, carport-style opening. Materials on the elevation: vinyl lap siding, white PVC window trim, standing-seam metal roof, white entry door with sidelites.

Specified here: CertainTeed, Pella. The finish shown is Pacific Blue (closest manufacturer match). The site was cleared at the end of each working day rather than only at the end of the job. The same crew that started the project finished it.
