A siding project our team completed in Medway, MA - April 2024. Warm almond-beige fiber cement lap siding runs across the main gable and garage wing, with white casings, corner boards and gutters, and a close-up shows fresh trim around a four-lite bay window.
The mid-job photo tells the story: the upper gable stands stripped to a printed weather barrier while the walls below already carry finished lap siding, with a dumpster parked on the driveway and a bulkhead door open at grade. The finished elevations show the gable end closed in with white casings and a security light at the peak, and a second view down the long side where a bow window sits under a metal-clad hood, brick facing wraps the entry, and a brick walk curves back toward a shed. A tight close-up shows the sill, apron and woodgrain texture of the new boards.
Old siding came off completely and a branded weather barrier went on over the sheathing before any boards were hung, which the mid-job photo shows plainly. Trim was replaced at the same time, with new sills and aprons under the windows and fresh casings around the bow window. Existing brick veneer at the entry was left in place and the siding was cut to it. Staging poles at the gable ends carried the crew for the upper courses.
