A siding project our team completed in Bellingham, MA - May 2022. Deep navy composite lap siding with bright white trim wraps the house, running past a covered lattice-screened porch on one side and a tall brick chimney on the other.
A split-level with a shallow-pitch roof and deep eave overhang, one end stepping down to a carport bay. The side view shows the upper level and the lower walk-out both in navy lap siding, with a bulkhead against the wall and the electric meter and service conduit fed through the field. From the back, a cinder block chimney and a taller brick chimney both break the wall line, and the siding runs to and past each. The front photo, taken with a ladder and materials still staged along the driveway, shows the ranch front with its bay window and bright white casings.
The whole house was re-sided in navy lap over both levels, including the walk-out end and the carport wing. Trim was replaced in white at the eaves, rakes, corners and all window and door openings. Siding was cut and fit around two chimneys, the meter and service conduit, the bulkhead and the bay window projection.
Details visible in the photos include covered side porch, wood lattice screen, brick chimney. Materials on the elevation: navy composite lap siding, white trim, white gutters and downspouts, brick chimney.
Materials on this job: Everlast. The finish shown is deep navy blue. Pricing was agreed in writing before the crew started, and the number at the end matched it. The work carries a written workmanship warranty alongside the manufacturer's material warranty.
