A siding project our team completed in Westwood, MA - January 2022. Dusty barn red lap siding runs the full length of the ranch with white window casings and fascia, while a freshly framed deck platform sits at the rear sliding doors.
This single-story house was shot on three sides. The gable end shows a louvered attic vent, a new downspout and the electric meter and conduit reset over fresh siding down to the concrete foundation. The rear frame catches the L where two wings meet, with a slider on each leg and a pressure-treated deck platform framed out over new footings, joists and stair stringers but not yet decked. A third view centers on a brick chimney splitting the gable wall between two new double-hung windows, with factory labels still on the glass.
The exterior was resided across all wings, including around a rebuilt window set that still carried its shipping stickers. A deck was framed at the rear sliders with a beam, joists and stringers in place awaiting decking and rail. Sheathing panels stacked at the foundation and the fresh concrete wall show work that went past siding into structure.
Details visible in the photos include ranch roofline, brick chimney, new deck framing. Materials on the elevation: vinyl lap siding, white PVC trim, white-framed windows, sliding glass door.
Products used: CertainTeed. The finish shown is Autumn Red (closest manufacturer match). Permits, inspections and dumpster logistics were handled by us. Progress photos went to the homeowner as the job moved along.
