Brookline, MA - siding completed September 2024. New construction clad in light greige lap siding with white trim and black-grid french doors, raised on a fieldstone terrace wall, with a matching entry porch and railing on the second view.
The rear elevation carries three stacked gables of different widths, with a shed-roofed wing and attached garage stepping down to the right. A polygonal bay projects at the first floor under its own low roof, wrapped in flat panel and capped with a wide frieze. Siding runs tight to the window casings, gable rakes and the fieldstone foundation, and a short section of railing guards the raised landing beside the garage. The third photo is a different elevation: pale green lap siding meeting a red brick garage corner under a white soffit and gutter return.
Full exterior cladding on new framing rather than a re-side: siding was cut in around new window and door units, gable ends, and a bumped-out bay with panel returns. Trim work included corner boards, frieze, casings and soffit, plus a boxed overhang on the bay. The last view shows siding terminating cleanly against existing brick with gutter and downspout already hung.
