A window replacement project our team completed in Weston, MA - September 2023. Interior views of two replacement window banks: a four-unit picture group and a three-unit casement group, both white-clad with wide white casing set above the wood sills.

One interior shot looks down a five-unit window run set into a deep wall, with the new white frames sitting above a stained wood sill and a baseboard heating enclosure below. Another shows a three-unit casement group with a fixed center and two operating flankers, cranks and locking hardware visible at the sills, over a hardwood floor. The exterior photo places the work on a contemporary house with vertical board siding, a hipped and gabled brown shingle roof, a brick chimney, and several window openings still holding the older dark-framed units.

Replacement of multiple window groups in an existing house. Openings were fitted with white-clad units, gang-mulled into runs of three and five, and re-cased on the interior above the original wood sills. Baseboard heat enclosures and finished floors were kept in place and worked around.

Details visible in the photos include four-unit picture window bank, three-unit casement bank, wide white casing. Materials on the elevation: white-clad casement windows, white interior trim, wood window sill, hardwood flooring.

Materials on this job: Pella. Pricing was agreed in writing before the crew started, and the number at the end matched it. The work carries a written workmanship warranty alongside the manufacturer's material warranty.
