Northborough, MA - siding completed December 2023. A modern-farmhouse exterior in warm white, mixing lap siding with board-and-batten gable panels, stone veneer at the garage base and a dark shingle roof for contrast.
The garage wing is the centerpiece: a steep gable front in vertical board-and-batten, a dormer window centered above the door, and two skylights set into the shingle slope. Dark trim caps the garage door head and the dormer, and a stone veneer wainscot wraps the corners at the base. A closer photo shows the connecting wall where lap siding, dark stone veneer and a bay of white-cased double-hungs meet under a low eave. The rear shows a sunroom addition with black-framed window walls under a white board-and-batten gable.
Mixed-material cladding across the main house, garage wing and rear sunroom. Lap siding was run on the lower walls and side elevations, board-and-batten on the gable faces, and stone veneer applied as a base course at the garage and entry. Windows were re-cased in wide white trim and dark gutters run along the eaves.

Built with James Hardie, CertainTeed, GAF. The finish shown is Arctic White (closest manufacturer match). One project manager ran the job from first measurement through final walkthrough. Deliveries were staged so materials weren't sitting on the lawn for weeks.
