Millis, MA - siding completed January 2022. Blue-gray lap siding goes up around a two-story entry with an arched transom, with cream corner boards and casings, black shutters and stripped sections still in house wrap mid-installation.
All four photos are taken while the job is open. Two show walls still in house wrap with brand-new windows already set: one framed with fresh PVC casing and a drip cap, flashing tape run across the head, another with the casing scribed tight to the wrap. A third looks straight up at a corner where cream aluminum-wrapped fascia meets a vented soffit and a downspout elbow, with the first courses of blue-gray siding already climbing the wall below. The last pulls back to a two-story front wall in wrap, staging poles up, siding cartons stacked on the plank.
The sequence here is clear from the pixels: strip, wrap, set windows, tape the heads, run PVC casing, then hang siding from the bottom up. Fascia and soffit were re-wrapped in cream aluminum with a continuous vent strip, and new gutters and downspouts followed. Staging poles carry the crew up the two-story elevation, with siding delivered onto the plank so courses go up without repeated ladder trips.
