We completed this siding job in Marlboro, MA in March 2024. Deep navy blue-gray lap siding with a shingle-textured gable accent covers the tall colonial, edged in white trim, with a screened porch tucked under the lower roofline.
The photos work around a three-story colonial with an attached two-bay garage wing. On the garage gable, straight-edge shingle panels fill the peak above a lap-sided lower wall, with a wide horizontal band board marking the change. Around back the house drops a full story to a walk-out level, where a screened porch sits on posts over a lattice-skirted patio and a bay window projects under its own shed roof. The street elevation ties it together: a brick chimney, a bay window over the front stoop, and rounded shrubs against a mulched foundation bed.
Full re-side of the main house, the garage wing, and the rear walk-out level, mixing lap courses with a shingle-textured gable panel. Crews reworked corner boards, window casings, frieze and rake trim, and rebuilt the trim around the screened porch and projecting bay. Vents, light blocks, and utility penetrations were flashed back in.
