Photographed in Northborough, MA after the crew wrapped up in January 2022. Before-and-after views show weathered green clapboards replaced with clean muted sage lap siding and white trim across a long rear elevation facing the pool and paver patio.
The first image is a stacked before pair: a colonial with an attached gambrel-roofed garage barn in tired green clapboard, and a closer look at that barn end with its two garage bays. Afterward, the barn wing reads much crisper in green lap siding with wide white corner boards, rake trim and garage door surrounds, and a small gable roof over the second bay. The front elevation photo shows the main house in gray lap siding with white casings, louvered shutters, a pedimented entry over a blue door and a second-floor window bank above it.
Both the colonial and the attached gambrel garage wing were re-sided, with the barn finished in green and the main block in gray. Corner boards, rake and frieze trim, window casings and garage door surrounds were all replaced in white. Shutters were reset on the front elevation and gutters run along the eaves and the barn gable.
