Greater Boston, MA - siding completed June 2026. A gambrel-roofed home is clad in vivid turquoise lap siding, sharply outlined by white corner boards, window casings, and rake trim, with a brick chimney rising along the gable end.
Shot after a snowfall, the front view shows a Cape with two gabled dormers set into a snow-covered roof and a tall brick chimney climbing the left gable wall. The rear and side views reveal a taller two-story back section under a gambrel slope, with a white-railed deck on treated posts and a propane tank standing beside it. Windows across all elevations are outlined in wide white casing, and the eaves carry new white fascia, soffit and gutter.
Every elevation was re-clad, including the dormer cheeks and gable walls up to the chimney. Openings were re-cased and the deck ledger area flashed and trimmed where the siding meets the platform. New white rake, fascia and frieze trim was run along both roof lines, and gutter re-hung at the eave.
Details visible in the photos include gambrel roofline, custom color siding, white window casings. Materials on the elevation: fiber cement lap siding, white PVC trim, white-framed windows, white porch railing.
Materials on this job: James Hardie. The finish shown is bright turquoise. The work carries a written workmanship warranty alongside the manufacturer's material warranty. Pricing was agreed in writing before the crew started, and the number at the end matched it.
