This siding project in Greater Boston, MA was finished in February 2026. Front and rear views show a two-story colonial finished in deep navy lap siding with wide white casings around every window, a new gray shingle roof, and a matching side entry wing.
The house is a gable-end colonial with a small attic window near the peak and a stepped-back side entry wing under its own shingled gable. New granite steps land at both the front door and the wing door. Photos show the work close to done: siding and trim complete, storm doors still wrapped in protective film, and a ladder, cardboard and a sliding-door install in progress at the rear entry. A poured concrete foundation runs along the base and a vinyl privacy fence closes the side yard.
Full exterior work: lap siding on all elevations, white corner boards, window casings, frieze and rake trim, plus a white water table at the foundation line. New granite steps were set at two entries and a patio slider installed at the rear. Gutters and downspouts were run at the eaves.
