Photographed in Greater Boston, MA after the crew wrapped up in June 2026. Two views of a hillside home wrapped in slate-blue lap siding with crisp white trim, new white gutters and downspouts, and a fresh dark asphalt shingle roof over the main gable and rear ell.
This is a cape-style house with a long shed dormer across the front, a rear gable wing and a small bay window under its own hipped roof. One photo shows the rear wall with a full array of black solar panels on the shingle roof, two heat-pump condensers on stands, and a red entry door breaking the blue siding. Another shows the side elevation with a skylight in the roof slope and old window sashes stacked on the patio during the work. The third looks at the finished wing with white-cased double-hungs and a brick chimney at the ridge.
Re-siding of the whole house in blue lap with white corner boards, casings and rake trim, plus new white gutters. The crew worked around an existing rooftop solar array, skylights and two heat-pump condensers, resetting them against the finished wall. Windows were re-cased and old sashes removed on site.
Details visible in the photos include steep gable end, walk-out garage under the gable, brick chimney. Materials on the elevation: lap siding, white trim and fascia, asphalt shingle roof, white gutters and downspouts.
Specified here: CertainTeed, AZEK, GAF. The finish shown is Coastal Blue (closest manufacturer match). The site was cleared at the end of each working day rather than only at the end of the job. The same crew that started the project finished it.
