A three-story flat-roofed house built as stacked boxes, each clad in large gray fiber cement panels laid in an offset pattern with dark reveal joints. The rear elevation carries two floors of black-framed window walls; the street side steps back to a lower garage volume with the same panels wrapped over its flat roof edge. The in-progress photo shows the crew on ladders panelling around the top-floor window openings while orange flashing tape is still exposed. Galvanized window wells ring the basement openings and a paver walk runs along the base.
Panels were hung over taped and flashed sheathing, cut to land on the module lines and set with open reveals rather than battens. Openings were flashed and trimmed in dark metal to match the window frames, roof edges and parapets were wrapped with matching panel returns, and work was done off ladders and light staging rather than full scaffold.
