This window replacement project in Greater Boston, MA was finished in December 2025. A compact gable-roofed home wrapped in deep red lap siding with crisp white corner boards, window casings and gutters, photographed from two sides after new windows and a repainted foundation skirt.
Two finished exterior views bracket one photo from the middle of the job. The finished shots show a story-and-a-half gable house with a rear ell, snow on the roof and a solar array on the back slope, plus a black metal fence at the property edge and a dark-railed side deck. In the in-progress frame the walls are stripped to bare sheathing and covered in printed weather barrier, an old window sits on the ground next to a stepladder, and a roll-off dumpster is parked at the drive.
The old wall covering came off down to sheathing and a full weather barrier went on before new lap siding was installed on the house and ell. Windows were replaced and re-cased in white, corner boards and rake trim renewed, gutters and downspouts hung, and the exposed foundation skirt painted. Debris left the site by roll-off dumpster.
