This siding project in Natick, MA was finished in April 2022. Deep blue fiber cement lap siding meets crisp white trim at the entry, where a natural cedar soffit with recessed lights shelters a full-glass door; the wide view shows the whole rebuilt elevation.
A gambrel-roofed house with a shed dormer across the second floor, sided in two blues. The main walls carry deep blue lap siding while the front gable and the entry wing are finished in a lighter gray-blue, and the brick chimney runs up the side wall unwrapped. Over the attached garage a standing-seam metal roof covers the shallow shed, and new white windows sit in wide flat casing throughout. The side view shows a lower wing with a run of grouped windows and a rear door reached by concrete steps with black metal railings.
Siding was carried over the whole shell including the dormer, the wing and the gable ends, with two colors used to separate the masses. New windows went into several openings, each set in flat white casing with head trim. The metal shed roof above the garage was installed and flashed against the wall, and rakes, corners and frieze boards were rebuilt in white.

Built with James Hardie, Harvey. The finish shown is Evening Blue (closest manufacturer match). Deliveries were staged so materials weren't sitting on the lawn for weeks. One project manager ran the job from first measurement through final walkthrough.
