This siding project in Greater Boston, MA was finished in March 2026. White lap siding and wide PVC trim frame a wood-grain fiberglass entry door with a full sidelite and black lanterns, while a new composite stair run with black railings serves the deck.
Progress photos show the house wrapped in foam insulation board over the sheathing, with new window openings already cut and set and the first courses of white lap siding starting above the garage doors. Off the back, a large raised deck sits on new pressure-treated posts bearing on concrete footings, high enough to walk under at the garage level. Black metal railings enclose the deck and a wide stair descends to the driveway. Inside, the entry is finished: a six-panel wood-grain door with a full sidelite in white casing over a wood floor.
The exterior was taken back to sheathing and rebuilt with rigid foam insulation board before siding, with openings re-flashed as new windows went in. The deck was framed new on posts and footings, decked in composite with a light fascia band, and fitted with black aluminum railings on both the deck and the stair run.
