We completed this siding job in Greater Boston, MA in December 2025. The photos show a deep green screened porch addition with white corner boards and lattice skirting, plus a front elevation in blue-gray lap siding with black shutters and a white garage door.
Photos here cover a split-level with a shallow roof pitch and a raised gable section over one end. The screened porch sits at the near corner, reached by wood steps with white rail and lattice below, and the siding beside it steps down over the exposed foundation. Another angle shows the gable end with black shutters, an attic vent at the peak and a white picket fence at the property line. The third frame catches the same gable end before the new work, still in blue shingle siding with painted trim.
The elevation was re-clad in lap siding, replacing the old shingles seen in the before shot. Corner boards, frieze and rake trim were run new in white, and the attic vent and window openings were re-cased. Gutters were replaced along the eaves. The screened porch structure, stairs and railings stayed in place while the walls around them were worked.

Products used: James Hardie. The finish shown is deep green. Permits, inspections and dumpster logistics were handled by us. Progress photos went to the homeowner as the job moved along.
