Photographed in Danvers, MA after the crew wrapped up in January 2022. Two evening views of a gambrel-roofed Dutch colonial finished in charcoal lap siding with white dormer trim, dark shutters, and a shingle-pattern accent below the main roofline.

Daylight photos show the full front of the gambrel: a pedimented dormer over the entry, two smaller dormers to either side, and paired windows flanking a wood front door reached by a short stoop with an iron rail. Small basement windows sit just above the lawn. The side view is the interesting one, with a long stained deck stepping down the slope on framed stringers to a lower landing, and a full-height brick chimney rising against the gable end.

The walls were reclad in lap siding with white casings, corner boards, and rake trim, and the shutters were reset on the finished surface. The crew sided tight to a brick chimney on the end wall, cut in around the deck ledger and its stair framing, and rehung gutters and downspouts along the gambrel eave and the lower roof line.

Details visible in the photos include gambrel Dutch colonial roof, two roof dormers, full-height brick chimney. Materials on the elevation: vinyl lap siding, shingle-pattern siding accent, white trim, dark shutters.

Built with CertainTeed, ThermaTru. The finish shown is Charcoal (closest manufacturer match). One project manager ran the job from first measurement through final walkthrough. Deliveries were staged so materials weren't sitting on the lawn for weeks.
