Framingham, MA - deck building completed January 2022. A multi-level composite deck in light weathered gray steps down in broad tiers to a lower platform, edged with white railings and posts and opening onto a fenced backyard.
One photo catches the build in progress: composite boards partly laid over treated joists with flashing tape on the beams, a section of white fascia bent into place, and saws, drills and hidden-fastener clips spread across the finished portion. The aerial and elevated views show the completed result - a broad light gray platform stepping down past a low retaining wall to a lawn, with a covered hot tub set on the upper level and string lights running to the posts. The house behind has a run of sliding doors and a skylight in its shingled roof.
The deck was framed in treated lumber with joist tape on the carrying members and hidden fasteners between boards, then finished with composite decking and white PVC fascia. Post sleeves and railing sections were set at the open edges, and the lower tier was built out to meet an existing retaining wall and patio grade.

Products used: AZEK. The finish shown is light weathered gray. Permits, inspections and dumpster logistics were handled by us. Progress photos went to the homeowner as the job moved along.
