This is a boxy two-family with a low-pitch roof, a brick chimney climbing the far side wall and a bulkhead at grade. One photo takes the back wall with its wood stoop and railing beside the door; the other swings around the corner so both elevations are visible, siding running unbroken across the corner post above a poured foundation. The third is a tight shot of a single double-hung with white casing and a sloped sill, showing how the siding courses die neatly into the trim on each side.

Both visible elevations were sided in lap profile with white casings, a white corner post and continuous white eave and rake trim. Gutters and downspouts were run along the eave and carried to grade at the corners. Siding was cut to a straight starter line above the concrete foundation and around the bulkhead and stoop.
