This siding project in Milford, MA was finished in May 2022. Both photos show the house newly clad in deep navy lap siding with bright white window casings and corner boards, set off by a white vinyl deck railing, paver patio and a small gabled rear entry hood.
Two of these photos are of a backyard outbuilding rather than the house: a steep-gabled shed clad in the same navy lap siding, with white corner boards and rake trim, an asphalt shingle roof, two white-cased windows and a narrow white door on the gable end. It sits on grass beside a white vinyl privacy fence, with split firewood stacked against one wall and a fieldstone ring nearby. The third frame is the front of the main house, a two-story block with a white-cased entry, sidelights, granite steps and a wrought-iron rail over a stone-veneered base.
The shed was re-sided in the same navy lap product as the house, with new white corner boards, rake and fascia trim and window casings so the two match. On the house, courses were run across both floors, cased at every window, and stopped on a trim band above the stone-faced foundation with gutters and downspouts run to grade.
