A door installation project our team completed in Framingham, MA - February 2022. Two replacement doors: a dark teal six-panel double entry set under a transom on light gray siding, and a white nine-lite steel service door fitted in the garage wall.
Three doors appear here. One photo looks from inside an unfinished garage at a white nine-lite door still carrying bare wood grille stops and a temporary knob set, with the concrete slab and block foundation visible at the threshold. Another shows the same door style from outside in dark green, set in white casing where the garage wall meets the gray siding, with a brick paver landing at the sill. The third is a front entry: a wood-grain six-panel fiberglass door with matching sidelites, black handleset and deadbolt, under a transom, on a granite-edged concrete stoop.
Replacement of an entry door and service doors. Each opening was re-framed and fitted with a new prehung unit, then cased in white PVC-look trim and sealed at the sill. The front entry received a fiberglass six-panel slab with two sidelites and new black lockset hardware; the service doors were fitted with nine-lite steel slabs.
Details visible in the photos include double entry doors, transom above entry, granite entry steps. Materials on the elevation: dark teal six-panel double entry doors, white door trim, light gray clapboard siding, transom window.
Built with ThermaTru. The finish shown is dark teal green. One project manager ran the job from first measurement through final walkthrough. Deliveries were staged so materials weren't sitting on the lawn for weeks.
