This siding project in Natick, MA was finished in May 2024. A split-level home re-sided in bright white vinyl lap siding, sharpened by black window trim, black corner boards and dark downspouts against the original brick chimney.
The house is a raised ranch with a two-car garage tucked under the right end and a side entry stair with metal handrail up to the main door. Photos show the gable end and both long walls finished, with black trim wrapping every window and running down the corners. Around back, a bulkhead-style basement hatch, a mini-split condenser and a gas meter sit against the new siding, and the brick chimney runs full height at the corner. Soffit, fascia and gutters were run in white against the black window frames.
