CertainTeed Siding in Natick, MA

This siding project in Natick, MA was finished in August 2026. Side and front elevations show a colonial clad in medium blue vinyl lap siding with white casings on every window, a full-height brick chimney left exposed, and a raised side deck.

The rear of this colonial is the tall side of the house: a steep roof plane drops nearly to the second floor, leaving a broad two-story wall with only a few windows in it. New lap siding runs the full height without a seam break, tucking neatly around a ducted mini-split condenser, an electrical meter, a propane tank, and a radon discharge pipe. At the far corner an elevated deck with white railings connects by a long stair run down to the lawn, and a walk-out door sits beneath it.

Both the rear and the end gable were reclad in vinyl lap siding with white corner boards and window casings. Utilities mounted on the wall were pulled, re-blocked, and reset over the new siding, and mounting blocks were cut for lights and outlets. New gutters and downspouts were hung along the eaves, and the siding was cut to the deck framing and stair stringers.
